E Hotel

The hospitality of front desk was absolutely heart warming. Special thanks to Mr. Bala. We stayed in the suite room with a connecting room as my son and my father were both recuperating from surgery. The rooms were super comfortable and very spacious. Being connected to the mall was extremely convenient for us at such a difficult time.

This hotel is attached to the Express Avenue Mall so it was convenient to do our shopping and walk back to our rooms. I liked the clean rooms and good spread of breakfast provided.

Complimentary breakfast was excellent. And I loved the fact that the hotel was pure veg. That would be a disadvantage for people who prefer room service. Otherwise, since it is connected to the mall availability of non veg options is not an issue

the staff - too much of service oriented . that made up for somewhat below the expectations in terms of general cleanliness .

Had a pleasant experience staying for 2 nights. The upholstery and linen were clean, breakfast had good options, all the staff were helpful. Due to incessant rains, we had problems in the TV channel reception which was resolved quickly. Reception staff were also great and helpful.
